◆ CDSL: Standard Chartered plans to sell entire stake of 7.18% via block deal. The floor price set at Rs 1,672 per equity share.

◆ Wipro: The company has transferred the entire shareholding of Wipro Holdings (UK) in Wipro Gulf LLC to Wipro IT Services UK Societas.

◆ Titan: TCL Watches Switzerland AG ceased to be a wholly ownedsubsidiary after liquidation.

◆ Sanofi India, Cipla: The two companies announced exclusive distribution partnership to expand reach of CNS (Central Nervous System) portfolio in India. Cipla will distribute Sanofi India's six CNS products.

◆ Avenue Supermarts: The DMart owner opened three new stores at Karimnagar (Telangana), Narsingi, Hyderabad (Telangana) and at Sachin, Surat (Gujarat). The total number of stores as on date stands at 357.

◆ Piramal Enterprises: The company has invested Rs 2,000 crore in unit Piramal Capital & Housing Finance by way of subscription to rights issue.

◆ IDFC: The company received NCLT order to seek shareholders' approval on May 17 regarding scheme of amalgamation of IDFC Financial Holding into and with IDFC and IDFC with IDFC First Bank.

◆ Power Grid Corp: The company successfully commissioned capacity expansion project in southern region.

◆ Angel One: The company has set a floor price of Rs 2,555.01 apiece for its QIP.

◆ Indian Hotels: The company infused $6.5 million as equity in Netherland-based wholly-owned arm IHOCO BV.

◆ Apollo Pipes: The company has completed the acquisition of 53.57% share capital and voting rights in KML on March 26, 2024, making it a subsidiary.

◆ Matrimonydotcom: The board reappointed Murugavel Janakiraman as Managing Director till March 31, 2026.

◆ HDFC Bank: The lender plans to sell its 100% stake in HDFC Education and Development Services through the Swiss challenge method. After the Swiss challenge process is over, the bank will decide on the purchaser.

◆ Bank stocks: The RBI authorised 11 banks to import both gold and silver in FY25 from April 1. Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI, Karur Vysya Bank are among eligible buyers for gold and silver and Indian Overseas Bank, PNB and Union Bank of India can buy only gold.

◆ Infosys: The IT major expects a refund of Rs 6,329 crore from the Income Tax Department. It also informed the stock exchanges about tax demand to the tune of Rs 2,763 crore. ◆ NTPC: The company has discontinued operations of 2x110 MW Barauni Thermal Power Station Stage-l permanently.

◆ JSW Steel: Unit JSW Vijayanagar Metallics commissioned 5 MTPA capacity hot strip mill at its Vijayanagar plant.

◆ Bank of India: The lender received a tax demand of Rs 564.4 crore from income tax department for AY18-19.

◆ Punjab National Bank: The board approved raising capital up to Rs 10,000 crore via compliant bonds, in one or more tranches during FY25.

◆ Torrent Power: The company has received letter of award from its distribution unit for setting up 150 MW grid-connected wind solar hybrid project with a cost of Rs 1,825 crore.

◆ Asian Paints: The board approved investment of Rs 200 crore in unit Asian Paints International.

◆ JM Financial: Atul Mehra ceases to hold office as Joint MD effective March 28 and Adi Patel redesignated as MD from Joint MD effective April

◆ Strides Pharma: The corporate insolvency resolution process against unit Strides Alathur has been stayed by the NCLT.

◆ Shriram Finance: The company approved and allotted NCDs on private placement basis. The issue size is Rs 733 crore with a greenshoe option of Rs 617 crore.

◆ Aurobindo Pharma: Unit CuraTeQ Biologics signed an agreement with Merck Sharpe & Dohme Singapore Trading for contract manufacturing operations.

◆ Axis Bank: Competition Commission has approved the proposed infusion of Rs 1,612 crore by company in Max Life Insurance.

◆ KEC International: The company secured orders worth Rs 816 crore across various businesses.

◆ L&T Finance Holdings: The company reported retail loan book at Rs 80,010 crore in the fourth quarter, up 31% YoY and retail disbursements at Rs 15,030 crore, up 33% YoY.

◆ Brigade Enterprises: The company signed a joint development agreement with United Oxygen to develop a 'Grade A' office space with a leasable area of 3.0 lakh square feet and the project has a gross development value of around Rs 340 crore.

◆ Avenue Supermart: The company's standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 12,393.5 crore, up 19.9% YoY for the fourth quarter. Total number of stores was 365 as on March 31.

◆ Vodafone Idea: The board will meet on April 6 to consider shares issuance proposal of equity and/or convertible shares on preferential basis.

◆ Vedanta: Vedanta Aluminium has expanded its alumina refining capacity to 3.5 million tonne per annum.

◆ Suryoday Small Finance Bank: The company reported disbursements at Rs 2,340 crore, up 39% YoY in the fourth quarter, gross advances at Rs 8,650 crore, up 41% YoY and total deposits at Rs 7,775 crore, up 50% YoY.

◆ RBL Bank: The company reported total deposits at Rs 1.03 lakh crore up 22% YoY as on March 31 and gross advances at Rs 85,640 crore, up 5% YoY.

◆ GE Power: The company received orders worth Rs 774.9 crore from Jaiprakash Power.

◆ Thomas Cook: The company has inaugurated a new branch in Bhuj, Gujarat to capitalise on the strong and growing demand from Gujarat.
