▫️It is always important to know where you are going to invest your money before taking any position, so you will be able to adapt your strategy accordingly.

▫️#Cardano is one of those "speculative crypto" that increase their token prices with the need of a hype, created by marketers with aggressive marketing, breaking news announcements, special events, paying articles, bonus to influencers, etc. We know the results with huge pumps in bubble pricing structures, followed most of times by strong and vertical speculative collapses, before seeing prices stabilizing for months. Unfortunately, the last to enter in the peak of the price, will be those who will end up with heavy bags, and for long time before they can get rid of them. (we all had this kind of bad experience, which looks quite like a Ponzi scheme!)

▫️On the contrary, a non-speculative crypto will increase its price mainly due to fundamentals based on its own project with advanced developments, and which may be fully operational (SOL, DOT, ALGO, LINK). These token prices may take a bit longer to rise, but their price structure will be shaped much firmly with clean steps in order to go higher and long term. IMHO, these are the crypto projects that have a Real Future and will still be there in few years, while the others will have disappeared.

▫️In the Top CMC (except Doge and ShibaInu without any utility) there are some similar cases ... #Ripple that since 2017 has made hundreds of announcements of new partnerships with banks... Roger Ver and his #Bcash who was in the Top5 before falling into the Top20... I'm also not very confident with the hype made around #Elrond, but that will be for another topic! 😎

⚡️When we analyze the price structure of #Elrond with 2 pumps in bubble structures, followed by 2 speculative collapses with each time a loss of -80% of the #EGLD value, we know that it's a purely speculative asset. That said, we can expect the #Elrond strong community to do the necessary for a new pump, but personally the level of 61.8% Fibonacci will be my maximum target (+220%), before occur any future speculative collapse.

🔅Always sensitive to trading highly speculative coins that will pump mainly due to their strong marketing, or any FOMO on an announcement from their community, rather than based on their development plans which are often unclear or non- non-existent. This is the case of $DOGE and E. Musk, or $XRP the king of announcements of announcements, but also #Elrond, #EGold, initially a store of value currency on gold, which after a Mainnet in 2020 changed its name to #MultiversX (probably more attractive to newbies !?) and which is now described as a blockchain platform for the new internet economy, decentralized applications and enterprise use!?!?? 😜

👉 #EGLDUSD price structure clearly shows 2 successive huge speculative bubbles occurred in 2021, followed by 2 violent speculative collapses of -80% and -94# respectively. However, If $EGLD has too many red flags for any investment, there are still some interesting short positions to take, like this H&S pattern.

👺 $EGLD is the typical example of a price structure that has all the red flags to avoid any investment in a crypto that could stay definitely at the bottom, or for months until a pump & dump is organized by the strong community of #Elrond, he majority of whom must have heavy bags with tokens purchased at high prices during the 2 successive speculative bubbles.
