✅Обязанности:
1)Осуществление контроля над соблюдением условий проекта: качество, сроки, бюджет и т.д.
2)Составление, контроль и ведение соответствующей документации (планы, финансовые отчеты, технические задания и т.д.).
3)Ведение переговоров со смежными структурами.
4)Организация проектной команды и распределением обязанности внутри нее.

✅Требования:

This position provides high level executive support to the top management team in corporate planning and control. The position holder is required to have a broad understanding of Project Management cycle, ideally in In-line-inspection field and have a demonstrated record of achievement in providing support to top management.

✅Responsibilities:

1.Assisting the executive team in planning and implementing projects towards achieving goals and missions of the company.
2.Responsible for daily communications and follow up with Heads of Departments on corporate tasks and priorities set by the executive team.
3.Serving as administrative liaison for all positions reporting to the executive managers.
Assists in coordination of commercial project planning and execution, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives;
4.Coordinates and attends meetings; establishes and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary;
