💠Once Imam Sadiq (AS) saw a man of the people of Medina carrying something that he had purchased for his family. On seeing the Imam the man felt embarrassed. The Imam said to him, ‘I can see that you carry what you have purchased for your family. I swear by Allah, had it not been because of the people of Medina I would have loved to buy things for my family and myself carry it to them.

❄️The reason Imam himself would not carry such things is that it was considered a low act for prestigious people like him to carry something for his house but for the lay men it was not. Thus we can conclude that one should avoid actions that would damage their esteem and respect in the society unless it's something Wajib.

❄️ گزارش دادگاه شیخ زاکزاکی


🔷سه حکم قاضی به شرح زیر است
1. پزشکان شیخ و همسرش دسترسی آزادانه جهت درمان ایشان را در حضور دکترهای دولتی و زندان داشته باشند.

🔶2. پزشکان شیخ و همسرش دسترسی آزادانه در زمانی که نیاز به گرفتن نمونه خونی وجود دارد، داشته باشند. یک نمونه توسط دکتر ایشان گرفته می‌شود و نمونه مشابه آن باید در بیمارستان بارائو دیکو کادونا بررسی شود. همه این‌ها باید در حضور دکترهای دولتی و زندان انجام شود.

🔷3. هر جا که لازم بود از شیخ و همسرش اسکن دریافت شود (که درون زندان امکان پذیر نیست)، مسئولین زندان باید آن‌ها را به جایی داخل کادونا برای انجام آن ببرند. این کار باید در حضور دکترهای دولتی و زندان انجام شود.

🔶شنیده می‌شود دادگاه بعدی در 23 و 24 آپریل 2020 برگزار شود.


❄️REPORT OF THE CASE OF STATE VS MALAM IBRAHIM ZAKZAKY & ANOTHER

🔷The case of Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaky came up today 24th February, 2020. The case was earlier scheduled for arraignment and commencement of hearing.

🔶However, when the case was called and the DPP informed the court on the business of the court, counsel for the Defendants raised the health issue of the Defendants. He informed the court that despite the court order issued on the last adjourned date for the Defendants to have access to their personal physicians, the order was yet to be complied with. He further informed the court that the authorities of the Correctional Service (formerly prison) have frustrated the efforts of the physicians to have unfettered access to the Defendants.

🔷In reply, the DPP denied that allegation and insisted that the physicians of the Defendants had actually treated them in the presence of state doctor and that of the Prison.

🔷Upon hearing the arguments, Justice Gideon Kurada instantly issued summons for the Controller of the Correctional Service along with his Deputy to come and explain to him the role they played in the saga. He then retired to his chamber.

🔶Upon the arrival of the Controller and his Deputy, the judge resumed the hearing in chambers with all the parties concerned including the counsel from both sides and the Defendants. The Controller stressed that he doesn't have any grudge with the Defendants, but there was a minor misunderstanding regarding taking of samples for examination, but has now been resolved.

🔶In turn, the Defendant Sheikh Zakzaky informed the court the hurdles they encountered before their physicians were reluctantly allowed to take their samples. Sheikh put the demand for unfettered access to their personal physicians, and also the chance to move out of the prison when the need for scanning arises. None of the parties present raised any objection to that.

🔷After all these deliberations, the judge made 3 orders;

🔷1. That the Defendants' physicians shall be given free access to the Defendants and treat them accordingly in the. presence of the State and Prison doctors.

🔶2. That the Defendants' physicians shall be given free access to the Defendants where the need to take blood samples arise. That in such situation, the physician of the Defendants shall take the sample himself, and same shall be examined in Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, Kaduna. All these shall be done in the presence of the State and Prison doctors.

🔷3. Where there is need to have a scan on the Defendants (which can not be done inside the prison), the prisons officials shall take the Defendants to any facility within Kaduna and have the scan conducted. These also shall be dome in the presence of the State and Prison doctors.

🔶The case was then adjourned to the 23 and 24 April, 2020 for arraignment and commencement of hearing.

✨اى كه عمل اندك را مى پذيرى، و از گناه بسيار در مى گذرى،عبادت اندك را از من بپذير، و گناه بسيار را از من درگذر، زيرا تو آمرزنده مهربانى.
🌸O He Who accept even the least effortsو And excuses the much wrongdoing: (please do) accept my little effort And excuse my much wrongdoing, Verily, You are the Oft-forgiving, Merciful (Lord).

💠 During the time in 1980 when we formed the State Defense Committee, and after that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Isfahan, his excellency, Babaee was an officer of the eighth reconnaissance base in Isfahan, and was later on appointed commander of that base. In that circle, I, as Commander of Military Operations in the province of Isfahan, had established a close and heartfelt relationship with him in a way that we formed a complete understanding about one another.

🌹 This understanding and close relationship that happened early on in the Revolution, through the time of the Holy Defense when we were both at the warfront, lead us to fully understand each other. Babaee was a soldier, with the morale of a soldier. He was no different from the soldiers or the guardsman. Whoever saw him from up close couldn't imagine that he was a pilot. His behavior, character, and the clothes he wore made him resemble a soldier or guardsman much more.

💠 My coworkers in the army and I, because of his behavior, actions, sincerity, and love for Imam Khomeini, also saw Babaee as a soldier. He was an outstanding example of a leader of a Hezbollahi army. He visited the headquarters base often. Most of the time, his hair was buzz cut and he wore a simple, earth-colored soldier uniform.

🌹 Very contently, he would sleep or rest on the floor. Like everyone else, he ate the simple foods at the headquarters. Whenever he would come to the headquarters, he would act in such a way that, if someone didn't know him, they would never find out that he was the Commander of Air Force Military Operations. He appeared much more like a soldier.
💠Sometimes, when we would read Ziarat-e-Ashura at the headquarters base, Babaee would read some parts of the Ziarat and start crying. Truly, this leader of Islam's army was in love with Imam Hussein (a.s.).

🌹شهید #علی_حیدر_ابراهیم

🔷چند وقت پیش که مادرمان می‌خواستند به زیارت امام حسین (ع) در کربلا بروند؛ از برادرم، شهید علی حیدر ابراهیم، پرسیدند که چه پیغامی برای امام دارد. علی به او گفت که بعد از رساندن سلامش به امام حسین (ع)، از او اجازه شهادتش را بگیرد.

🔶یک سال بعد علی برای تحصیل به ایران رفت. او سعی می‌کرد همیشه به زیارت حضرت معصومه (س) برود. این زیارت‌ها تاثیر فراوانی بر او گذاشته بود. کمی قبل از شهادتش، می‌گفت که نامش در لیست کسانی که امکان شهادت دارند، نوشته شده است و از بقیه می‌خواست دعا کنند تا خداوند او را به عنوان شهید پذیرد.

🔷وقتی از ایران برگشت، هر کسی که او را می‌دید، می‌توانست بگوید که انگار علی آدم دیگری شده‌است. این شاید به خاطر نور شهادت بود که در سیمایش می‌درخشید.

💫 Who was Edoardo Agnelli❓

💠 #Edoardo Agnelli was the eldest son of Gianni Agnelli the owner of Juventus Football Club and Fiat Automobiles the largest automobile manufacturer in Italy🇮🇹.

🔶After reading #Quran , Edoardo got more acquainted with #Islam and converted to this divine religion. It was after his conversion that his family tried to persuade him to disbelieve.

🔷They deprived him of inheritance, hospitalized him in mental hospital, threatened him, libeled him with false accusations etc But, Edoardo didn't give up✊

🔶How Edoardo was martyred is still an unanswered question. Because there wasn't any inquiry about his death and no autopsy was carried out. But The evidence collected by an Italian journalist prove that he was murdered and didn't commit suicide.

Imam Muhammad al-Baqir’s words of wisdom can spark the light of deep reflection within us. While these short lines can only relate a few words, a brief excerpt might renew our desire to seek further insight. In discussing the true meaning of being a Shia Muslim, Imam al-Baqir said the following, “…Does the one who claims to be of the Shia think it is enough to (simply) speak of loving us, Ahl al-Bayt (the Prophet’s family)? By God, our Shia are only those who are mindful of God and obey Him. They were known…only (in light of their) modesty, humility, trustworthiness, abundant remembrance of God, fasting, prayer, honoring parents, caring for neighbors, the poor, people in need, those in debt, and orphans… (they were known for their) truthful words, the recitation of Qur’an, and holding their tongues back unless it was to speak good of people. They were the trustees (entrusted) by their peoples in (the various) affairs…”[ix]

🌹After the attempts of Hisham to undermine the Imam’s position utterly failed, Hisham was infuriated. He continued to receive news about the people’s high regard for Imam al-Baqir’s knowledge and virtue… Hisham thus resorted to assassination and had the Holy Imam poisoned. Imam Muhammad al-Baqir was buried in the Baqi’ cemetery of Madinah.[x]

💠 #Edoardo Agnelli was the eldest son of Gianni Agnelli the owner of Juventus Football Club and Fiat Automobiles the largest automobile manufacturer in Italy🇮🇹.

🔶After reading #Quran , Edoardo got more acquainted with #Islam and converted to this divine religion. It was after his conversion that his family tried to persuade him to disbelieve.

🔷They deprived him of inheritance, hospitalized him in mental hospital, threatened him, libeled him with false accusations etc But, Edoardo didn't give up✊

🔶How Edoardo was martyred is still an unanswered question. Because there wasn't any inquiry about his death and no autopsy was carried out. But The evidence collected by an Italian journalist prove that he was murdered and didn't commit suicide.

7. Be generous in your benevolence, for on the Day of Judgment, God will magnify a half date (a small act of charity) like the great mountain of Uhud.

8. Respect the rights of others, for the friendship of Muhammad and his family is not attained without fulfilling those rights.

9. Beware of those acts of kindness that bring more harm to yourself than the benefit they bring to others.

10. Be vigilant in your actions to avoid being subject to false accusations, for in that case, you have no right to complain.
