* Ghadir was the day when the Prophet Muhammad (s) chose a line of infallible and divinely appointed leaders ( Ali and 11 of his descendants ) to succeed him one after the other in guiding humanity toward salvation, until the day of resurrection.
The 24th day of the month of Zil hajj. is the Mubaheleh day.
A group of Najran Christians of Yemen went to the
Apostle of Allah, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in order to dispute him in regard to Jesus (a.s.).
However, after hearing Prophet Muhammad's logic, they were not satisfied with it and asked the Prophet (s) to gather at a location outside the city the next day and invoke God's curse upon the side which is lying.
At that moment, archangel Gabriel descended and revealed Verse 61 of Surah Al-Imran to the Prophet:
“Say, ‘Come! Let us call our sons and your sons, our women, and your women, our souls, and your souls, then let us pray earnestly, and call down Allah’s curse upon the liars.’ ”
Both sides accepted this agreement and went to prepare for the next day.
When the time arrived, Prophet Mohammad held Hussain by one of his hands, took the hand of Hassan, and told his daughter Fatima and his son-in-law Ali to follow him and say Amen whenever he prayed to God. then they departed for Mubaheleh.
When those Najran Christians saw the Prophet appearing with those closest to him, they understood that he has a firm belief in his invitation and is in fact a prophet of God, and therefore, they chose not to do the Mubaheleh.
instead, they agreed to compromise and to pay a toll instead of converting to Islam.

Ruqayyah was Imam Hussain's 3-year-old daughter.
After the Martyrdom of Imam Hussain (as) in Karbala, she, along with other surviving members of the Imam's household, was enchained, beaten, taken hostage and sent to Sham by the army of Yazid.
She became very restless there and always asked others about her father and why he would not come to see her.
It is said that one night, she saw Imam Hussain in her dream, woke up crying, and asked to see him.
Upon hearing this, Yazid ordered to send her the severed head of her father, Imam Hussain.
Seeing her father's head, she screamed and passionately hugged it.
it is narrated that she passed away on that night due to the shock and the hardship she had endured during the time she was taken from Karbala to Sham.
This 3-year-old girl's small blistered feet, her bruised face and body, her cries for her lost family, and the story of her death made the people of Sham understand the cruelty of the Umayyad family, which previously they had high regards for.

✅ Knowing the blight is more important than knowing the virtue
❇️ Islam considers knowing the sin as a more important issue than knowing the virtue. As our first Imam, Ali (peace be upon him), stated: to avoid sinning is more important than doing a virtuous action.
If we want to live as a pious human being, it is our duty to know the blights and obstacles in religion. As everybody knows for sure, the devil is one of the greatest and most basic enemies for a pure life and because of that the Quran calls it "the obvious enemy". First, we should try to know this dangerous enemy, his attacks and the way to repel his attacks and then by victorious attacks against him, try to keep ourselves in the direct path (i.e. life based on God's rules).

❇️ After being born, human beings have a constant and infinite movement from this world to the hereafter and resurrection. So each human is equal to infinity and his movement will never stop. As Imam Ali (peace be upon him) stated: You were born immortal not mortal.
✳️ The life in the hereafter is more complicated and perfect than this worldly life. All of the beauties and perfection of this world are just an essence of the hereafter. The life of this world compared with the hereafter is like the womb compared with the world. Therefore, a sane and wise man is sure that life in this world is temporal and will arrange all of his plans according to his infinite life. Based on the Quran, people who are stupid, deaf and blind arrange their plans based on this worldly life.
