Stages of the Fall of Human Societies...
Staying in doubt is the origin of human deviation...
✍ When we receive information from our surrounding environment through our biological senses (visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, and tactile senses) or directly through the influence on our hearts (inspiration from God or temptation from Satan). Initially, we start imagining in our imaginative faculty and fall into doubt (doubt is the precursor to reaching certainty)...
If we pause in doubt and in the realm of imagination, it doesn't transform into assumption (assumption higher than doubt) and then into the knowledge of certainty (by contemplating to understand the subject and by comprehension to gain knowledge in that subject) and with rationality (understanding to attain wisdom in that subject) to reach the truth of certainty (reaching self-assurance in that subject), and then calculations and destiny for guidance in our lives...
On the contrary, with a flawed educational system, doubt turns into anxiety (doubt accompanied by fear and negativity, or delusion and mental unrest), remaining in the realm of imagination, preoccupied with the appearances of the world. We become oblivious and at that moment turn away from the remembrance of God. At this point, Satan becomes our companion to the extent that forgetfulness of God sets in. Then our intellect becomes captive to the whims of the ego, and we proceed to the point where our ego becomes our god. After this stage, we reach the stage of extravagance and become transgressors, then extravagant skeptics, and eventually extravagant liars. At this point, with calculations and destiny leading to falsehood in our lives, we fall into misguidance.

In this way, God leads astray every transgressor and doubter.
👈 "Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful." (Luqman-18)
God does not like anyone who is arrogant and self-deluded.
👈 "He said, 'Rather, you throw.' And suddenly their ropes and staffs seemed to him from their magic that they were moving [like snakes]." (Ta-Ha-66)
(Moses) said, "No, you throw." Then suddenly their ropes and staffs, by their magic, appeared to him as if they were moving.
